Can I Handle Repairs Myself?

How Do I Receive My Rent Proceeds?
Once rent is collected from your tenant, we direct deposit your proceeds into your bank account by the 10th of each month. -
How Often Will I Receive a Financial Statement?
A new statement is available on your owner portal by the 10th of every month, detailing income, expenses, and repair costs. -
Should I Allow Pets?
Allowing pets can increase tenant demand for your property. We offer a Pet Damage Guarantee, covering up to $2,500 in pet-related damages beyond the security deposit. -
How Do You Determine Market Rent?
We use advanced rental analysis software to assess comparable listings in your area, ensuring you receive the highest competitive rent for your property. -
How Long Does It Take to Find a Tenant?
Most well-priced properties attract a quality tenant within two weeks. If your home isn’t renting within that time, it may be priced too high for the market. -
Do I Get to Choose the Tenant?
No. As your property manager, we handle the tenant screening and selection process using our in-house scoring system. This approach protects you from potential discrimination claims and ensures compliance with fair housing laws. -
How Long Is Your Management Contract?
Our contracts are for 12 months and automatically renew as long as the tenant we placed remains in the property. -
Who Holds the Security Deposit?
